Hey, Jeanne here, and I’m back this week to share this accordion folio I created using one of the 12x12 sheets of colored card stock from the kit and of course some of the papers left from the 8x8 paper pad of Blossom from Graphic 45.
The Inspiration for my Graphic 45 Folio
There are so many tutorials on blogs, Pinterest and YouTube. I enjoy easy to follow tutorials, therefore I thought I would share this one from Helen Griffin which she calls “Trifold Shutter Mini Album”. As you see, I changed up the name just a bit. I see it more as a small folio rather than mini album.
For the cover of this project, I did a little layering of papers. I also used pop dots on the ephemera pieces, I cut out some boarders from the sticker pack and a couple more on the top as well. On the inside of it, I added one of the small ephemera on a pocket I made on the left hand side of the folio. I then added stickers and other ephemera pieces on the mats.
This project would definitely make a wonderful gift. Or even a home decor piece by adding some randomly placed photos on the mats. This kit from Fotobella contained so many different elements to create a majority of projects, as you seen in my previous posts. I do hope that you will take a look at the linked tutorial from Helen Griffin.
Thank you for checking out my project post today. I look forward to sharing what I come up with in April!! Till then, I hope you enjoy what the rest of the talented ladies from the Fotobella Design team come up with! I hope I sprinkled a little bit of inspiration your way!
XOXO,
Jeanne Rodriguez
