Hello crafty friends! Jeanne here to share this fun and simple layout I created using the most beautiful paper collection from Carta Bella “Flora No. 4”
The Process
I began by choosing the Carta Bella papers I wanted to work with, which of course is always a hard decision because they are all beautiful! But I did end up choosing a couple instead of just one. For those of you who haven’t yet created a layout, you can use as many papers as you want. I first adhered the first paper onto a 12x12 sheet of chipboard which is what I always do for layouts. I then cut the second sheet from the collection into a “frame” which I was pretty happy with this.
Adding Texture and More
The next step I wanted to use the beautiful stencil on my layout that I was sent from Fotobella which is from Stamperia “ Rose” Thick Stencil . I used Finnabair Paper Paste applied with a palette knife, before it dried I sprinkled some Lindy’s Stamp Gang Magical Shaker in Alpine Ice Rose. Then using my heat gun to dry it.
Using some of the left over center from the Carta Bella sheet I made the framed part of my layout, I created the photo mat then adding foam tape for dimension. I also added a white piece of cardstock as well. I finished it off by adding the beautiful flowers from Prima Marketing that I was sent in my design team package. Also adding one of the ephemera tags with the super cute sentiment “ Be kind, Be brave, Be honest”. Lastly I added some crystals from Prima Marketing on that ephemera tag.
